code word length together with encryption and synchronization techniques.
Memory Products
Microchip offers one of the broadest selections of serial EEPROMs in densities from 128 bits to 512 Kbits, with operating voltages
down to 1.8V, in all popular bus protocols (I 2 C?, Microwire and SPI? compatible). They are available in all standard temperature
ranges from -40°C to +125°C and packaged in the world’s smallest standard packaging; up to 16 Kbits in 5-lead SOT-23 and up to
256 Kbits in 8-lead MSOP.
